Fast and Easy Chip Dip
Pretty Good! I made a smaller portion and used light mayonaise. I dipped with Ritz crackers. Yum!

Carrot Ginger Creme
I used 1% Milk (just because that's all I had at home) and it came out wonderful!

Veal Scallopini
Easy and delicious! I added a dash of dried parsley, basil and garlic powder each to the flour mixture and basil leaves to the broth. Definitely a keeper!
