Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
The BEST chocolate chip cookie EVER! There is absolutley no need to refrigerate the dough before baking. The trick is you MUST (as stated in recipe) beat the wet ingredients until they are very light and fluffy, before adding the dry. These are BIG cookies so use 1/4 of cup and your cookies will turn out soft and chewy every time....

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Truly the BEST peanut butter cookie ever. I am not a peanut butter cookie fan. Usually too crunchy and too much peanut butter. However, this cookie is just right. Soft, chewy, and just the right amount of peanut flavor.
