Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Truly the BEST peanut butter cookie ever. I am not a peanut butter cookie fan. Usually too crunchy and too much peanut butter. However, this cookie is just right. Soft, chewy, and just the right amount of peanut flavor.

Cornbread Casserole

This is a terrific recipe, just the way it is. No modifications need to be made. My family are not veggie casserole fans, but they all love this recipe!
