Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
for gluten free theses are really good, but their not quite the same as regular cookies. still it was nice to see an affordable gluten free recipe that doesn't cost to much to make.

Bread Machine Focaccia
Tasted really good but next time i have to flatten it out more before i bake it, so that it's not doughy inside

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake II
This cake worked out really well and i liked using a fresh pineapple instead of one from a can like all the other recipes asked for.
