Cranberry Pot Roast
This was so easy and super yummy! I will be making this again. I put some potatoes and carrots in with the meat. It made for a well-rounded meal.

Apple Pumpkin Muffins
These muffins were amazing. Everyone loved 'em. I added about a 1/2 cup of milk at the end, though, as the batter was too crumbly to be able to easily pour.

Mini Meatloaves
These were AMAZING!!! I will definitely make them again! Next time, though, I'm going to double the sauce so that the meatloaf is swimming in it.
