Balsamic Bruschetta
This is exactly how I have made my bruschetta for years, except I like mine more soupy so I use about 2 Tbs EVOO and 3 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar. YUM!!

Zucchini Yogurt Multigrain Muffins
I prepared as written with 1/2 C sugar. Very good but too moist, will probably cut out the oil next time. Kids loved them so I am thrilled to be sneaking in carrots and zucchini!

Cake Mix Cookies V
Easy and tasty! Crunchy yet chewy yet soft. Left out the walnuts for the picky eaters, but still feel virtuous serving the oats in the yellow cake mix cookies. Made them with my medium sized scoop and flattened with the bottom of a glass. Perfect rounds!
