Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
This was great...perfect for for after football practice. I made a few changes based on what I had in the kitchen...didn't have any tomato sauce, so I used tomato paste and some water. Also, based on previous reviews, I added about 1/2 the amount of beer called for and substituted chicken broth for the other half. I used my own blend of spices that I use for taco seasoning, and instead of corn I cut up some corn tortillas and threw them in the slow cooker too. They made the soup nice and thick and gave it a great flavor. We'll definitely be having it again!
