Easy Indian Style Okra
I added chopped tomato, green pepper and garlic as well as cayenne for heat and it turned out well. I used frozen okra which made for a mushier texture than I would have liked, but still not bad.

Pumpkin Sheet Cake
A very nice moist cake, though it could use a lot more spices. I used about 2t cinnamon and 1t each nutmeg and allspice which gave it just the right flavor.

White Bean 'n' Ham Soup
I used soaked beans, added cayenne/chili flakes/celery ssed, and based on other raters' suggestion put in a couple smoked turkey necks for the first hour the soup simmered, then took them out for the second hour. It received rave reviews!
