Divorced with one beautiful baby girl. And I love to cook. Am exploring all aspects of cooking. Anything Asian Actually. :) I love making gyoza (or potstickers as most Americans call them). I love the whole process. It's so taxing to make them but I feel as though I have earned a right to eat them when I finish them. I don't have any. How sad. I haven't had any real ones yet. I will try something new. I have never made chili and I have always wanted to make it...I am scared I will mess it up. I tried making garlic cheese biscuts....they ended up being burnt pancakes. I don't know how it happened. I am so glad no one was there to try them.
