Moist Carrot Cake
Great with cream cheese frosting. Cut down the sugar to 1 cup. It's the best carrot cake recipe I've tried. All my family loves it especially my husband. He kept requesting for the cake again and again.

Perfect Apple Pie
this recipe is great. Just too sweet, have to cut down the sugar, make it to 1/2 cup, the rest ok. Great recipe, my family all love it!
