This was extremely easy to make and it was very tasty! I used fresh parsley instead of dried parsley and I think that made a difference. I also used catfish instead of tilapia, since I was in the mood for some catfish. I thought the cooking time was a bit long though. My fish came out a little dry, but I dressed it up with some of the sauce in the baking dish so it was okay. I would definitely make this again.
