Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

This is a very simple & easy recipe that's hard to mess up! I added some broccoli and it turned out really good. This would be perfect for a summer potluck or maybe a picnic =)

Fettuccine Alfredo V

This turned out horrible! I probably did something wrong since everyone else's dish turned out nice and creamy. My sauce curdled so badly..I think it was because i didn't turn the heat low enough or maybe it was just the egg. I ended up with globs of cheese and a pool of butter on the bottom of my dish. I think I will just stick to the alfredo sauces I normally buy in a jar.

Oriental Pork Chops

This recipe is pretty good. I like how simple the marinade is. I usually toss a few pork chops in a Ziploc bag before work and when I get home I don't have to worry about dinner! I always find that it tastes better the next day as leftovers than it does right after I make it.

Fettuccini with Basil and Brie

This was DELICIOUS!!! I made 2 small changes to this recipe: 1) cooked the garlic in the olive oil 2) added grilled chicken breast pieces. I couldn't believe how good and easy this was. It tasted better and fresher than anything I've had at a restaurant. I will be making this a lot!

Japanese Peanut Salad Dressing

After mixing the ingredients, I let the dressing sit in the fridge for about an hour before I put it on my salad. I thought it was very oily and had a very strong vinegar taste. I was going to throw it away, but decided to give the dressing another try 24 hours later and it was pretty good! I would recommend eating/serving this dressing after letting it sit in the fridge overnight.

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

This was extremely easy to make and it was very tasty! I used fresh parsley instead of dried parsley and I think that made a difference. I also used catfish instead of tilapia, since I was in the mood for some catfish. I thought the cooking time was a bit long though. My fish came out a little dry, but I dressed it up with some of the sauce in the baking dish so it was okay. I would definitely make this again.
