Chicken Gruyere with Sauteed Mushrooms
This was excellent. Tasted like something you'd get in a restaurant and very easy. First time using Gruyere cheese and it's delicious.

No More Salty Easter Ham
Made this for Christmas 2008. Did as the recipe said as far as preparing and refrigerating overnight. Had a 12 lb. ham & put it in a Reynolds oven bag. Drained off most of the milk prior to baking for approx. 2-1/2 hrs.

Nutty Caramel Corn
Made this Christmas 2008 without nuts and baked it in oven for approx. 30 min. It was chewy. Next time will add nuts and microwave or bake it longer so that it dries out more.
