It was my husband's turn to cook today so I asked him to try this. Made a few modifications using what we had on hand: chicken breasts, ginger instead of coriander, white beans instead of garbanzos, served over jasmine rice and topped with some sliced green onion. Our mixture was much too thick, so a cup of chicken broth at the end smoothed it out nicely. Good blend of flavors and we both liked the change of pace.
