Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV
My husband and I really enjoyed the stew. Don't brown the meat too much or it will become tough. I did not add the red wine as I am pregnant. Next time I would add frozen corn and beans for more veggies.

Bake Sale Lemon Bars
Great recipe! I only baked the crust for 5 minutes less than it called for, and added 1/4 cup of lemon juice. Delicious!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Great and easy! I used a shoulder roast -- like some had suggested. Served with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. Will definitely have it again.
