Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic
This is the best sweet potato recipe I have ever used. The only modifications I made were that I doubled the recipe, used a bit less sugar and used milk instead of cream. It will definitely find its place in my permanent recipe box. I have also heard it called "yam puff" but no matter what you call it they are delicious and very good the next day as well.
