Mock Strawberry Jam
What to do with all the extra zucchini??? This was a yummy recipe that my whole family enjoyed! I made a total of 50 pint jars and I will make this every year.

Zucchini Cobbler
I needed to find some other recipes to use up the abundance of zucchini in my garden and WOW this is a wonderful recipe. Just remember to remove all seeds and slice very thin that gave me excellent results.

Mom's Zucchini Bread
Excellent recipe! Everyone loved the bread! For the Holidays I will add a little clove, nutmeg, and ginger for a spicy bread.
