I'm married with 4 kids; ages 20(in college) 11, 9 & 6, and work full time. My mother in law lives with us and we have a brand new puppy! So...they all keep me pretty busy. I LOVE baking!! It's a real stress reliever for me. I especially love anything with carmel, toffee flavor or peanut butter. My kids and I love to make cookies and candy to give to their teachers for Christmas gifts. Of course we have to test what we make and that's the best part!! Cooking something everyone will like is a huge triumph for me!! I was helping my mother-in-law make a golf ball shaped cake for a cake contest she was having at work. The cake stuck to the pan and the frosting was a mess...but somehow we pulled it together and it looked pretty good...at least from a distance. :)
