I just hit the BIG 40, and decided to spend more cooking for my husband and two boys, instead of in the bed. I'm looking for recipes with a little kick and alot of spice. I am from cajun country, and we like spice! Baked chicken, and the occasional roast. Add jalapenos whenever you can! Cooked an awesome cornbread cassarole one Christmas. It's very memorable since it was my mothers' last holiday. Biscuit, sausage, and bean cassarole....AWEFUL!!!
