Pumpkin Spice Bread
Made this for Thanksgiving and a party at work. Everyone wants the recipe!!! Love the way it smells when baking. It is moist and flavorful. Easy too!!!

Quick Lemon Poppy Seed Bread
Made for home and work, Great recipe! Moist and light lemon flavor with just the right amount of pop from the seeds. Everyone loves it.

French Silk Chocolate Pie I
Chocolate becomes grainy when overheated, causing the pie to be grainy. Do not go for the quick or easy with chocolate. It does not take much heat to melt chocolate. I use a double boiler. If you do not have one, use a bowl over very warm but not boiling water in a sauce pan.
