Crustless Bacon and Cheese Quiche

This was a good wheat-free quiche. We substituted salmon that we had leftover in place of the bacon. We also had to cook it longer for the high altitude. Thank you for the recipe.

Chile Garlic BBQ Salmon

This recipe is absolutely delicious. I also cooked it in the oven because I am recently single again and have no BBQ grill. If you wanted to spice it up a notch add some crushed red peppers. Kudos.

Sauteed Garlic Asparagus

I love asparagus and never imagined you could sautee it. I have cooked this the way the recipe calls and then using some of the tips of reviewers. I like the advice of using the olive oil instead of butter. I added white wine near the end and I only sauteed it for 5-7 min. I do like my veges more crisp and gardenlike. I love this recipe and my boyfriend now cooks it this way in his home for his kids. Thank you for the recipe.

Herbed Mushrooms with White Wine

Spicy Red Snapper

This is a great change for fish. I think that you could pretty much use this recipe for any kind of fish and it would also be great for skinless chicken breasts. I used red wine it was all I had and I used seasoned diced tomatoes. Delicious and the smell in the kitchen was amazing. It was spicy and I loved it. Thank you so much for the recipe.

Salmon with Brown Sugar and Bourbon Glaze

This recipe is awesome. Gourmet tasting. I didn't have any Bourbon in the house but I did have Brandy. I followed the recipe as it was listed and it was a little sweet. Probably because of the brandy. So, at the end of cooking I added some soysauce to it to counteract the sweetness and it made a wonderful combination. Remember this is only due to the use of the brandy versus bourbon. Fantastic and thank you.

Raspberry Dream Bars

I followed this recipe exactly the way it said. The dough in the bottom didn't bake all of the way. I think if I were to make it again I would try to bake the dough first (like a pie crust) for 5-10 min before putting the jam and topping on. Just an idea but haven't tried that.

Fresh Mint and Cilantro Melon Salad

I was taking this to a BBQ. The honeydew melon that I bought was flavorless and when I first combined the ingredients it didn't taste good. I refrigerated it anyway and took it to the BBQ. It got rave reviews. Tastes like a Mojito. The melon marinated and soaked up all of the flavors from the lime juice, cilantro and mint. The melon was not flavorless after all. A big hit. Everyone wanted the recipe.
