I'm newly married and working on cooking on my own. I've been cooking with my mother for years, but its different not having anyone there to direct. I love pasta, I cook a lot of chicken and Asian dishes. I made Pad Thai recently. It was really good. I was making a sauce for pasta and burned the garlic completly black and had to start all over.
