Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
Wonderful! I added a lb. of sliced mushrooms. Don't forget to season with salt and pepper too!

All Day Apple Butter
This was my first time making apple butter and it was so easy! I even kept the skins on for added nutrients/fiber and everyone loved it. I probably just had especially juicy apples (I used Gala) because I had to cook it for about 24-hours! I also used a stick blender right in the crock pot to make it silky smooth. Wonderful!
