These were awesome! I added 2 tablespoons of sugar, two tablespoons of pureed vidalia onion and cut 1/4 cup of the milk. The bonus is they are terrifically easy too!

Lemon Coconut Squares

This is a quick and easy recipe to make but is built to impress. It has a delicious flavor and the coconut is a delightful twist. I made this recipe exactly as printed. It's yummy!

I made this salad for Easter and served it to about 20 people, every person went back for seconds and raved about how great it is. It is a delicious salad that is punch full of flavor. I making this my "go to" salad. It's the best!

Crustless Spinach Quiche

This was my first time making a quiche and this recipe exceeded my expectations. It was super! My husband doesn't like quiche and now likes mine (this recipe). It is chock full of spinach, which we love, and is full of taste. I love it not having a crust to save on calories and I'm not a big fan of pie crust. I will make this one of my staple recipes.

Easy Vodka Sauce

This was my first time making vodka sauce as well as eating it. It was so easy to make. I took advice of others and added fresh garlic and mushrooms as well as basil, parsley and oregano. My family and I fell in love with this sauce and can't believe we've never had it before. We served it over ravioli but can't wait to try it over other pastas. This is an excellent sauce!

Grilled Salmon With Cucumber Salad

We made this for dinner last night. We are watching our calories but not wanting to miss out on flavor. We made it exactly as written, it was full of flavor. The salad is light and refreshing. We will make this many more times. It is super!

KELLOGG'S* RICE KRISPIES* Squares with Chocolate Chips

So simple and very few dirty dishes. I used my rolling pin and rolled them out thin and used a cookie cutter to make cute shapes. Fun and very tasty.

Tex-Mex Burger with Cajun Mayo

Juicy Pork Chops

This marinade is simple and really good. I had not broiled anything before and was surprised how quick these chops cooked and how yummy they were. I did take other comments into consideration and used lower sodium soy and added brown sugar to the marinade. I marinaded really big pork chops for 10 hours and they were delicious. My husband raved about them and wants to grill them next time.

Campbell's® Green Bean Casserole

We love the cheese version of this. If I don't have cream of mushroom soup on hand I use cream of chicken. Either ways it's always delicious.

Easier Chicken Marsala

I made this for the first time for my family with a few changes recommended by others reviews (simple changes, like adding mushrooms and using whipping cream). We all found it to be remarkably good and me as the beginner chef found it to be a very simple dish to make.
