Pork with Linguine and Blue Cheese Mushroom Sauce
Added garlic and some chopped onions to the mushrooms and used extra virgin olive oil instead of butter. Nice rich flavor. My husband and I really enjoyed the sharp cheese flavor, too.

Garlic-Buttered Green Beans
I have roasted a chicken the night I made this and used about 2.5 T of the chicken grease instead of the butter. Seemed like a lot of butter. The green beans were AWESOME!! I will definitely make it again.

Grilled Teriyaki Tuna
Just tried this recipe to the letter and Loved it! My husband was leary about cooking it for only 3 or 4 total minutes so we tried one fillet for 6-8 minutes total and the other for 4 minutes total. Both were great, but the one on the grill for only 4 minutes was better. So good we are making it for my in-laws birthdays in a couple of weeks.
