Amazing Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce
I make this all the time. We love it. I add some Italian seasoned chicken and fresh bread and it's a great weeknight meal. I do not use pine nuts in it because I never have them on hand. Maybe someday.....

Fettuccini Tomato Rustica II
This is definitely interesting. It felt like a fancy restaurant-style pasta but something was missing and I can't put my finger on it. Maybe it needs another kind of cheese besides the feta (although I really liked the feta in there). I will try again and tweek it.

Jen's Heavenly Egg Salad
Delicious. Made this for my friend's baby shower. Used a cookie cutter to make white bread into hearts and piled on the egg salad. Everyone loved it. My husband is also constantly requesting this recipe. Thank you, Jen!!
