Banana Banana Bread
Very easily the best banana bread I have ever made. As per some reviews, I added a splash of vanilla extract and a couple shakes of cinnamon. I wish I had made a double batch!

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto
I made this again last night- it's unbelievably good, and it's the perfect side for a dinner party. I use about 1 1/2 pounds of mushrooms, which i think is the perfect amount. It goes really well with grilled meat.

Jalapeno Popper Spread
My husband loved this dip. I used five fresh jalapenos, without the seeds. He said he would like it a bit hotter, so I'll probably keep some of the seeds in or use more peppers next time. I also added a layer of bread crumbs and cheese on top. He also spread it on a hamburger and loved it! Thanks for the recipe.
