Baked Lemon Chicken
This was a really good dish. I have made this several times in the past few weeks. I did broil it at the end to make it really crispy and it came out nice!

Pork Chops with Dill Pickle Marinade
These were pretty good, but a little bland. Next time, I will add some more spices and seasonings!

Bacon Cheeseburger Rice
I thought this was really good, but just a tad too sweet for me. I will try a different BBQ sauce next time. I also gave my co-worker some and he came back for seconds!
