Bucket of Margaritas
So easy; a great crowd pleaser!!Just scoop out into cups - you don't even need the lime slices...& I love lime!! Give your guests a spoon with it - it's like a big-kid slushie!!I just stir it up in a plastic pitcher & place in freezer!!

Mexican Rice II
I love this rice! Where we live there are so many Mexican restraurants-so I've had a lot of different rice.I usually brown the onion with the rice-then transfer to a rice cooker.I use spicy, Mexican tomatoe sauce; extra cumin & good quaility chicken broth paste.

Artichoke Rice Salad
I use all chicken rice mix (S.F.treat), sliced black olives, chopped water chestnuts, litte/no mayo & the remaining ingredients.Let sit in fridge for 6+ hrs -serve cold. For years, always a staple @ summer get-togethers. People always rave about it!
