I'm just your typical small town gal. I am married to a pretty great guy and we have 4 pets: 3 dogs and 1 cat - the cat is mine...ha ha ha. I enjoy cooking, gardening, scrapbooking and spending time with family and friends. I love baking desserts. Anything sweet and easy! I'm always looking for main dishes too...my husband is kind of picky and so I try to broaden his horizons with different foods. I have finally gotten him to eat his veggies. That's only taken 4 years ha ha ha! Baking Christmas cookies & candy with my grandma -we made sugar cookies, yum-yum bars, buckeyes, divinity and so much more. My job was dipping the buckeyes, sprinkling the sugar cookies and being the taster! However, my uncles did a great job at that too. Preparing Easter dinner for my husband's family and everything turning out. My best friend has this enchilada recipe that I can not seem to master. It flops every time I make it.
