Chicken Wraps

Were a hit at the party! I followed a review and did not marinate the pineapple in the teriyaki sauce but next time I think I will. Also you should double the recipe because mine were gone within the first half of the party.

Quick Chicken Parmesan

Very simple and tasty recipe. After mixing the noodles and chicken I added more sauce for more taste and I also sprinkled the chicken with italian seasoning before cooking.

Easy White Chicken Enchiladas

Very good and super easy! I followed the recipe exactly but halfway through cooking sprinkled more shredded cheese on top. I also used whole wheat tortillas, fat free cream cheese, and fat free sour cream and you could not tell the difference.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

AMAZING! I followed this recipe exactly and used the satiny chocolate glaze recipe from this site on top. Then I sprinkled powdered sugar and more chocolate chips on top and it was to die for! It is now my boyfriend's favorite cake! I even used sugar free pudding and fat free sour cream and it still tasted great!

Sangria! Sangria!

This was ok. I used a port wine instead of brandy which may have caused the really strong taste. And I didn't use sugar and added sprite before serving. Everything else I did the same but it was too potent for me. Once I added the sprite it was much better but still disappointing after all the great reviews.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

I boiled my chicken first until it was thoroughly cooked. After that I tossed with flour like others suggested. I browned a bit in the skillet before adding the sauce. I followed the sauce recipe exactly and it a little too hot for my taste but very good! Next time I'll add more sugar and honey and less hot sauce.
