J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
So so yummy! I made some variations of this recipe (e.g. cheddar cheese biscuits and cinnamon sugar biscuits) and they were scrumptious. Recommendation: If you want that nice golden brown color on top, brush an egg wash on top. Easy egg wash: Beat one egg with 1-2 tablespoons of water.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
I decreased the amount of sugar and it was still YUMMY. This would be nice to serve at brunch.

Best Guacamole
I agree with other reviewers. This is a good basic guacamole recipe. I added some tomato, jalapeno pepper, and ground black pepper. Delicious!
