Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy

This was really good! I did not drain the grease and only used half the butter. I did add onion to the mushrooms and the meat, I also did half the amount of milk and a can of beef broth. Oh I used regular saltine crackers because that is what I had.

Oven-Fried Catfish

This was really a great recipe! It was just as crispy as if I had fried the fish. The spices were great (I did not add thyme). I served with cole slaw and dirty rice. WONDERFUL!

Four Cheese Macaroni

AMAZING!!!! I did change it up a bit, but not much... I did not use the egg, I used 2 cups 1/2 and 1/2 and used Panko bread crumbs on top. WOW, I will use this during the holidays!

Crab Stuffed Flounder

I am going to give this one another try. I could NOT find fresh flounder anywhere and had to buy frozen ones. I should have bought tilapia.. I also bought the wrong kind of crab. I'm sure this is so much better done right. I was so disappointed in my mess ups.

This was pretty good. I wish I could give it 3.5. I will not put the whole leaf of basil in there next time. I only used 12 oz of feta cheese and that was plenty for us.

Coconut (Haupia) and Chocolate Pie

I was able to make 2 pies with this recipe. I did 1 layering coconut pudding on bottom and the other pie with the chocolate pudding on the bottom. These were really good pies!

Cappuccino in a Jar

I need to rate this lower, but the flavor is too good. I could not get the coffee granules to desolve and I heated the water twice. My 15 year old daughter suggested instant coffee! I will try again with instant coffee and edit this review. To be continued...

I can't believe I am rating this low, but I have to. I sort through recipes by ratings to be on the safe side and will read through several reviews to get helpful hints, but this recipe did NOT work out for me. They were SO sticky I couldn't work with them. So I thought to add flour to my hands which worked out fine, but the sugar wouldn't stick to the cookie so then I read a review that said to wet the palm of you hands, well, I did that and the cinammon/sugar didn't stick. Sorry but I will not make these again unless someone can tell me what I need to do!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED BY MAKING PIZZA CRUST!!!!!!!!! I am not an expert by far and was so nervous about making this pizza dough... I wish I had made more... It was SOOOOOOOOOOOO easy. I have a family of 2 adults and 3 kids and this was just enough for us, but I wish I had enough to freeze. I don't eat just any pizza, but wanted to try this for the family and I am so glad I did. For the sauce I made the Easy Pizza Sauce II from this site with extra seasonings and it was SUPER DELISH! Thank you so much Jay!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

This is a very good recipe as written. I will not buy rotisserie chicken from the grocery store again. I made quick and easy chicken noodle soup from this site with the left over chicken. mmmmmm good!
