Luscious Lima Bean Soup II

We used about 6 or 7 slices of bacon, but otherwise followed this exactly and it was a big hit. The first nite it was good, but as leftovers on the second day it was totally AWESOME. Everyone loved it especially on a cold midwest autumn nite.

Kielbasa and Cabbage II

This is a real comfort food dish!! The only thing we do different is to sautee the kielbasa with a tsp. of cajun seasoning first and then add it to the rest of the mixture. We usually eat it by itself and it is a wonderful meal on a cool fall nite.

Sloppy Joes I

This was my Dad's "secret" recipe for Sloppy Joes and I am thrilled to find it and have it again. One of my ultimate Comfort foods.....!!!!
