I'm an ex-patriot living in Mexico. I recently started baking out of my home for a little extra cash. I graduated from Job Corps 20+ years ago in Drafting and Bake Shop. The idea was to work in a bakery and go to school for architectural engineering, but I didn't make it far in college, and Hated working in a bakery! (It took all of the fun out of baking for me) `:-/>
