Chocolate Mint Cookies I
OMG - these cookies were awesome! This is my new favorite cookie! If you like Girl Scout Thin Mints, you can't help but love these cookies. Keep them in the fridge - they are great cold right out of the fridge.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
Loved it! Used Mexican Stewed Tomatoes (whirled them a few seconds in my blender to smooth out as I don't like tomato chunks in my soup). Also used "green chili" enchilada sauce. Just the right amount of spicy for me. Very good as leftovers as well. Will definately make again.

Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers
My husband can be a little hard to please at times, but does love these burgers. As suggested by others, I do leave the egg out to keep it tasting a little less like meatloaf, also added 1 tsp spicy steak seasoning and 1/2 tsp garlic powder to suit our tastes. Great recipe - thanks!
