Chicken Pot Pie IX

My husband is not a fan of chicken pot pie, but loves this recipe....so yummy! I add potatoes to the mix. I've added to our meal rotation.

Herbed Twice-Baked Potatoes

I made these for a dinner party. Everyone ate the entire potato and raved how fantastic they were. I made one potato per person. I added more cream cheese to the mix. I baked them for about 15 minutes and then added cheddar cheese and crumbled turkey bacon on top and then returned to oven for another 5 minutes or so. Huge hit! Would definitely make again.
