American Lasagna
Loved it! Refrigerated overnight and cooked 1hr covered, and then 20-25 min uncovered. I definitely like this recipe much better than the "World's Best Lasagna" recipe found on this site. This one is also cheaper and easier to make.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
I also used pork shoulder and cooked for about 7 hours. It was amazing even without the sauce!

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto
I used organic mushrooms and used truffle oil instead of olive oil when sauteeing the shallots. Also took about 7 cups instead of 6 to reach the consistency that I wanted. It was heavenly! Had a rich and creamy taste without any cream! No more craving restaurant mushroom risotto when I can make it at home! =)
