I followed Nhi Torres (11/15/05) suggestions and the Chili was great. The chili was for an outdoor fall party and there were two crock pots of chili. By the end of the evening, mine was GONE and the other was not. I would not call myself a cook at all so I was amused at all the people who asked me for my recipe. Has such a nice bite to it.

Made one change; added a can of diced tomatoes. I served a salad and hard bread to accompany this wonderful entree.

Fantastic. Doubled the marinade, added a little more cayenne, and the dish was a grand success. Already got a request to make again; good thing Costco's shrimp isn't too $$$$. Great recipe.
