Szechwan Shrimp

This was so easy, low-fat, and so good! I doubled the sauce recipe and served over brown rice. Was a great dinner after the gym without the guilt!

Chicken Marsala

I made this for a dinner party and it turned out great. I did add a little heavy cream at the end and also added garlic and italian seasoning to the sauce. I did cut down on the oil and the butter since I was going to use the cream. Everyone wanted the recipe!

Slow Cooker Taco Soup

This is a staple at my house. I make this at least once a week. I substitute 1 can hot enchilada sauce for the tomato sauce and I use chili and black beans instead of kidney beans. Personal preference.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This was a pile of mush. The flavor was there but next time I will just use egg noodles instead of the biscuits. I added rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
