Chocolate Frosting I
Super easy and great for the One Bowl Chocolate Cake III make in 9x13" pan, single layer. Eyeball in a little extra cocoa. 1/2 the recipe is sufficient for a full cake coating. Then the whole thing can just be mixed in a 1 cup measuring cup and wisk. One bowl, one cup, and one pan for a complete frosted cake, not bad!

Blonde Brownies I
Doubled recipe and put in 9x13" pan. Used 1 cup choco chips and 2/3 cup peanutbutter chips, 1/2 mixed into batter and 1/2 on top, no nuts. Too sweet and crunchy (w/out overbaking). And probably too much vanilla. Otherwise, very easy. Will look for better recipe.

Asian Orange Chicken
This chicken is amazing. I added 2 tbs cornstarch and simmered 1/2 lb thawed mixed frozen veggies with the sauce during the simmer time. I kept the chicken warm in the oven at 200C and then added it to the dish at the very end to avoid losing the breading. Next time I'll try sticking the breading on with some egg.
