Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

I made this with whole chickens and baked it in the oven. My kids couldn't get enough. I thought it was going to be salty, but it wasn't. Thanks for such a great recipe! This one is a keeper!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

WOW!!! My family loved this!!! One of my goals for 2009 was to make a spaghetti sauce from scratch. I DID IT!!! yummy!

This rice pudding is sooo yummy! Hubby hates rice pudding. Tried this and loved it! I added a cinnamon stick while the milk, sugar and rice was cooking. Then sprinkled cinnamon on top of each serving.
