Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

Just not for us. Tried it out, but my husband and I didn't like it. Pulsed it in the blender to get a smoother sauce, but even with some extra hot sauce in it my husband didn't want to eat it.

Italian Bread Using a Bread Machine

Followed the instructions. Bread stuck to bottom of the baking sheet. Will grease it and use cornmeal just in case next time. Was not as wonderful as other reviewers raved about. It was missing something that the store bought bread has. **Note cut deeply. My bread rose in the oven and the slit closed on itself. If you think you cut too deep you might still not have cut deep enough.

Linda's Lasagna

I'm not a big fan of lasagna, but my husband is. I made this with the cottage cheese. I put the cottage cheese mixture through the food processor and pulsed a few times. It was wonderful and I will be making this little jewel again. Thanks tons!

Chewy Brownie Cookies

Not one of my favorite cookies. I brought it to a party and had mixed reviews. Some people loved the cookie to death while others were not thrilled by it at all. Made the cookies with the optional chocolate chips.

Best Ever Muffins

Simple and easy. Tried with raisins that I had lying around. I only got 9 muffins but I might have overfilled. It only took 18 minutes with my oven. I would watch your muffins closely. Will be trying other variations soon. This one is a keeper!

Sugar Cookies

Tried this recipe out, but was disappointed. It makes really thin cookies and they just lack something special. Gave them to friends to try and they all said that it was just ok. They would most likely taste good if dipped in chocolate or with more butter instead of shortening.

Chocolate Chip Bread I

Was too big for my bread machine. The bread expanded and made a huge mess. Tastes really good. Like other reviewers stated the chocolate chips melted even though I added them at the correct time. The cinnamon is a nice touch.

Best Bread Machine Bread

After trying out many different bread machine recipes I found this one to be the best. If it lasts for several days it is still soft unlike many other recipes. It tastes great and everyone that I have had try it loves it. Never buying grocery bread again. This one is a winner. **Note: Like other reviewers have stated it will rise very high and sometimes kisses the top of my bread machine. Still wonderful anyways.
