I am a 24 year old wife and mother. My husband Jason is my beater cleaner, taste tester and best friend. My daughter is 5 months old and enjoies watching me bake. Hope and dream to open my own bakery someday soon! Cookies, Cakes, Cookies, Bread, Cookies, Brownies, Cookies, Tarts, Cookies, Biscotti and pretty much cookies. I come from a very long line of bakers and cake makers. I hope to open my own bakery within the next few years. If I can I will be the 4th generation to own a bakery!! Baking up over 250 assorted cookies for holiday gifts for all of my employees. All done in one night. Whew that was a fun night!!! Sloppy and runny strawberry cake. Probably one of my first times putting actual fruit in a cake. Forgot to dry it off really well and didnt coat it first. Oh well. Live and learn! It was still good!
