This was delicious! I didn't have any peppers, so I just used onions. I think it would have tasted even BETTER with the peppers! The sauce was amazing and so easy to make! I had it over rice, while my husband tried it on bread and both ways were great! He suggessted next time to try the sauce over meatballs too! I am sure that will taste just as good!

I thought the inside was really mushy :( My husband liked it though, but I will probably try to find another recipe for stuffed tomoatoes, or try to do something about it being so mushy.

This recipe was great! I didn't have any oats, so I just used Italian bread crumbs, but would like to try it with the oats the next time to see which way I prefer. I cooked it in the muffin tin, but will try it in a 9x13 next time because the sauce mixture bubbled over and caused it to burn some. Anyways - overall a GREAT recipe! My family loved it!
