Trinidad's Ponche-de-Creme (Punch with Cream)
So, first of all, I'm trini and i LOOOVVE ponchecreme. So for the drink it self, 5 stars. This recipe needs some fixing however. I've been away form home, and although i made this with my mom for years at home, I could not remember the recipe. So, I called up Mom who says: use 3 cans of evaporated milk and 1 to 1 1/2 cans condensed milk depending on how sweet u like it. Also, add the rum sparingly depending on your own tastes. Finally, when beating the eggs, add the peel of one lemon (helps to cut the freshness of the raw egg). Serve with lots of ice :)

Bran Muffins a la Brian
Great muffins! I've made these a few times and they're always so yummy. Just the right amount of sweetness and a great texture. The only thing i did differently, was substituted butter for oil-but i do this for all baked recipes. This was actually the very first recipe i saved in my box after joining allrecipes.com and in my box is where it'll stay! :)

Cinnamon Rolls II
OMG these are sooo good. I just took them out the oven and I'm eating one right now!! This is the perfect cinnamon roll. Really soft and moist. They are Perfect even without the frosting. I used a different recipe a few weeks ago and they were terribly dry, so for fear of a repeat, the only thing i changed here was cook time. i baked em up for 18 minutes at 175C. Can i say one more time that these are perfect?
