Mom's Zucchini Bread
I used 1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 all purpose flour and substituted Splenda for sugar. I needed to add a touch of water as I was mixing the ingredients I think because of the whole wheat but once I added in the zucchini the batter turned out perfectly moist. In the oven baking...we'll shall see!!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
Great Recipe. I took the suggestions from other reviews and dipped the stuffed breast in egg and bread crumbs then pan fried before placing on a oven sheet to bake for 15 minutes at 350. Before placing chicken in the oven I prepared the sauce adding fresh rosemary and thyme then poured over the chicken. Very tasty and the presentation is impressive! I will serve this dish over and over again!

Dessert Pizza
great recipe. Will make it again and again. I mixed cream cheese with whipped topping and it was great. Next time I will add a bit of raspberry preserves to the cream cheese & whipped topping to create a soft pink color and a tangy sweet taste. Everyone loved this dessert!
