Chicken Cordon Bleu II
Great Recipe. I took the suggestions from other reviews and dipped the stuffed breast in egg and bread crumbs then pan fried before placing on a oven sheet to bake for 15 minutes at 350. Before placing chicken in the oven I prepared the sauce adding fresh rosemary and thyme then poured over the chicken. Very tasty and the presentation is impressive! I will serve this dish over and over again!
