About this Cook
I love cooking, especially for other people. I also love it when people like what I make. Before I learned to bake, I made bread in a bread machine. Than I starting making cookies and other desserts.
My favorite things to cook
I love making desserts. I mostly make cookies, ice cream, cinnamon rolls, and hard candy. I also like making breads and soups.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Every Sunday, I make a pizza for the whole family. It's my Mom's recipe and almost everybody I make it for, loves it.
My cooking triumphs
I got the recipe, Clone of a Cinnabon, of this site, and brought them to a family dinner on Easter. I brought about 30 of them to the dinner, and every single one was gone afterwards.
My cooking tragedies
Once I made an Italian Herb bread but I forgot to ad yeast. I put it in my new bread machine and let it run for a few hours. When it was done, I had a very dense and small loaf of bread that was almost impossible to cut through.

Spinach Basil Pasta Salad
I think this was the best pasta salad i have ever had! I added more herbs and a little bit of dry ranch dressing mix and left out the prosciutto, because we didn't have that on hand. But it was just perfect!

Cinnamon Cookies II
These are delicious!!! I ate about 7 or 8 of them. I used 1/2 cup of butter and a 1/2 cup of shortening. I also reduced the molasses to 1 tbs and added extra cinnamon. FANTASTIC!!!!!!!
