Lentil and Green Collard Soup
Tasty, and a healthy way to get your greens! A little heavy on the lemon though.

Swiss Chard with Garbanzo Beans and Fresh Tomatoes
I usually like this kind of dish, but I found it very bland, even after adding garlic and some spice.

Roasted Sweet Potato Corn Chowder
Very tasty, perfect for fall! I blended mine partly with a hand blender, as I like my flavours to mingle. I agree it could use a little kick - I might add some red pepper flakes next time.
