I'm a born-again Christian, 35 years old, married 17 years to my very best friend, mom to three great kids (almost all teens), avid blogger, and jolly cook! I love anything Mexican, chocolate is yummy and southern food is my fav! Love making chicken and dumplings (Texas Style), pinto beans and taters and banana pudding. At least these are the things I remember the most. The fact that my kitchen has not burned to the ground is a pretty good triumph. It's always a tragedy when I have to clean up after cooking!
