This came out perfect! I followed the recipe exactly as written and it made a little more than enough for a frozen deep-dish crust.

I thought this meatloaf came out great! I also spread the ketchup mixture on top (and following the recipe, I had a lot - didn't use it all). I placed a slice of bread in the bottom of the pan to soak up grease. Also, I was short on bread crumbs so I used 1/2 cup bread crumbs and 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats. I also laid 2 strips of bacon down the top. Loved it! Was still tasty as leftovers too.

The recipe says to used chopped pecans, but they need to be very small in order to not fall off while cooking. Instead of chopping, use the food processor or blender to grind them. Otherwise this was a tasty recipe.
