This is a great quick and easy go to meal. I used mini pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and chopped ham along with fresh sliced mozzarella. Tasty!

Banana Pudding IV

I only used half a can of sweetened condensed milk so it wouldn't be over the top. This was soooooo good! I was a believer in cooked banana pudding only but this is my new go to!

I love this recipe, I make it all the time because it keeps well for several days. I make it just as the recipes states with 2 exceptions. I use 3 tsp of vanilla and dried blueberries instead. This one is so easy, just let it all sit overnight and bake in the morning!

Anniversary Chicken I

I was really shocked at how good this was! The only thing I did differently was marinate the chicken in garlic teryaki for a couple of hours before cooking.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

This chili is a great base recipe. I made too many adjustments to list but none really altered the ingredients. The only thing that was a lot different was that I used chipoltles in adobo for heat and added some chopped smoked sausage. I pretty much used the same seasonings just more or less of them. This is a great recipe to work off of.

Ashley's Chicken Katsu with Tonkatsu Sauce

The chicken is really good. I made my strips a little thicker so they could get really golden without over cooking. I added hot sauce to the eggs, garlic and onion powder, chives and cajun seasoning to both the flour and panko. I cooked these in my cast iron skillet that I filled about half an inch up with vegetable oil. I didn't use the recipe for the sauce instead I used another from this site.

New Year's Day Black-Eyed Peas

These are quite tasty but I do have a few changes. I like my peas to be an almost creamy texture so I omitted the tomatoes. I used one ham hock that I made several cuts into, half a link of smoked sausage, one onion, garlic powder, onion powder, chile sauce and chicken broth as the liquid. I let these simmer for a couple of hours and OH MY they are good!

Stuffed Cabbage

This is a good basic stuffed cabbage. I didn't pre cook the rice at all. Also, to make it a little easier I used jarred marinara sauce and it was just as good.
